If you have wallet balance, overage is automatically charged from your wallet at your plan's pay-as-you-go rate. Higher plans get cheaper overage rates. If you have no wallet balance, AI features pause until the next month or you fund your wallet.
Voice calls have two cost components, both charged from your wallet. (1) Talktime, per minute for telephony and compute infrastructure. (2) AI tokens, audio and text tokens billed at their respective rates with your plan's discount. Higher plans get cheaper per-token rates.
Template (business-initiated) messages are charged per message from your wallet. The price depends on the recipient's country and your plan tier, higher tiers get lower per-message rates. Prices include Meta platform fees and messaging infrastructure costs.
Voice numbers are billed monthly from your wallet at region-based rates (lower on higher tiers). Every plan includes a baseline allotment (Free 1, Starter 3, Growth 10, Scale unlimited), you can add more anytime with a one-time unlock. You only pay for numbers you actually provision.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period, provided your resources are within the new plan's limits.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paddle (our Merchant-of-Record). Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing country. Invoices are emailed automatically for every payment.
